You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Precious metals (Gold, Silver, Platinum)
• Foreign exchange (Forex)
• Indices and commodities
• Other financial derivatives

All trading is conducted on a margin basis, which involves significant risk. You acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with margin trading.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts may apply
• We accept various payment methods as specified on our platform
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1-3 business days
• We reserve the right to reject deposits that do not comply with our policies

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business days
• You may only withdraw to accounts in your name
• We may require additional verification for large withdrawals
• Processing times may vary depending on the payment method

You agree to comply with the following trading rules:

• Maintain sufficient margin in your account at all times
• Not engage in market manipulation or abusive trading practices
• Use appropriate risk management strategies
• Not exceed position limits as determined by us
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to close positions, suspend accounts, or take other actions if we believe you are engaging in inappropriate trading activities.

Our fee structure includes:

• Overnight Financing: Charges for holding positions overnight
• Inactivity Fees: May apply to dormant accounts
• Withdrawal Fees: May apply depending on the payment method

All fees are clearly displayed on our platform and may be subject to change with prior notice.

All content, features, and functionality on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by JR Global Group Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without our express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JR Global Group Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination:

• Your access to our platform will be suspended
• All open positions will be closed at market prices
• Any remaining funds will be returned to you after deducting applicable fees
• You will remain liable for any obligations incurred prior to termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Lucia for any matters not subject to arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
